Not only did the staff excel in their service, but their attention to detail was exceptional. When I realized I had forgotten my hairbrush, they promptly returned it to my room without me even having to ask—an act of thoughtfulness that truly stood out. the room's ironing facilities came in handy for refreshing my clothes after a long day of exploring, and the efficient heating and air conditioning ensured a perfect room temperature at all times. the well-stocked mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities added a touch of luxury to the experience, while the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation. the terrace offered a charming spot to unwind, overlooking the bustling streets below. As I sipped my freshly brewed coffee, I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. From the elegant parquet floors to the flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels, Verno House truly excelled in creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.
