Not only did the staff excel in their service, but their attention to detail was exceptional. When I realized I had forgotten my hairbrush, they promptly returned it to my room without me even having to ask-an act of thoughtfulness that truly stood out. the room's ironing facilities came in handy for refreshing my clothes after a long day of exploring, and the efficient heating and air conditioning ensured a perfect room temperature at all times. the well-stocked mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities added a touch of luxury to the experience, while the soundproofed rooms provided a peaceful sanctuary for relaxation. the terrace offered a charming spot to unwind, overlooking the bustling streets below. As I sipped my freshly brewed coffee, I couldn't help but appreciate the attention to detail in every corner of the hotel. From the elegant parquet floors to the flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels, Verno House truly excelled in creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere.
